We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Cancer Council Shop. If your fashion or sun-protection items aren't quite right, you can return them within 30 days for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, and with all tags still attached to qualify for a return.

  Complete Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel or download a digital copy from our website to include with your package.

• 3.
  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
